I have had Asthma since birth but in the last 18 years it really has been bad. I had very few days that I really could not go without having to take medicine.

Then after having a session with Dr.Steven Hairfield were he taught me a different way of breathing and then stated that if I practiced this breathing I would soon not need medication for my Asthma.

I believed Steven about not having to use or need my medication, I really wanted that one to be true, but I was not sure what that would really be like.

But I did practice and now I do not need medication. Really! And recently, I was stranded and had to walk home 7.5 miles and still never needed to take medicine.

I have a new life now, without having to worry about breathing and all because Dr Steven Hairfield helped me re-learn something as simple as to breathe.

I feel saddened that I was mis-lead for so many years, and that I also mis-guided my loving wife; of which hurts me to the core, because she won't have anything to do with religion anymore. Hi Steven! Merry Christmas!

I don't know if you remember me, but then with your talents I'm sure you do. How have you been? I see you have been to India and are going again, and doing radio now too. I've caught some of your radio shows, was very tempted to call in , but thought better of it. :)

Recently I was visiting my friend, Penny, in Illinois, and I took my tapes of the first two sessions I had with you. She would like very much to have the chance to see you if you are ever in the Quad City area or even further away than that. I've tried to find your schedule on your website, but not been successful. Am I not looking in the right place, or hasn't it been posted yet? I would probably like to schedule another appointment with you when she does. I think she would like me to come with her for the first time.

My life with Harry has had it's challenges, which you told me I would have, but my life has never been better. I do have alot of questions to which I would like to hear your answers. I consider you my friend Steven. I hold you in very high regard. You have helped me in ways that no one else possibly could. I thank you for that.

Beth has been battling her second round of cancer this year. She's one stubborn cookie!! If anyone can beat that stuff, she can. She has moved to San Mateo, CA, and just this month saw her son get married. Life goes on.

I've included our Christmas letter, and pictures from both Harry's and my families. I use to just hate getting these "community rags", but now I figure they are better than nothing!

I hope this finds you and your family in the midst of a wonderful Christmas season. And wishing you great success in your trip to India.

I purchased A Metaphysical Interpretation of the Bible as a reference book, however, when I began to read the information contained within this work I couldn't put it down. Most Metaphysical books present information that we have all heard before, or someone else's idea of how we should think. This beautiful work, brings us with intelligent understandings of an often misinterpreted book (the bible), and offers practical and easily understood methods of application in eliminating our own stumbling blocks. We often hear speakers talk about "getting out of our own way" in reguards to acheiving the life that we desire. Finally, someone isn't merely telling their audience that this is what they need to do. But actually explaining in understandable language as to how. This book would serve as an ideal basic text book for classes teaching Metaphysics.

I'm Chris Kempin from St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. I have listened to your CD on the Power of Thought. It is exceptional and very easy to listen to. As a matter of fact I have listened to it several times.

I was brought up Catholic, left that and joined another church which turned out to be a cult. Got out of that one in 1990 and started my journey of reading about Spiritualism. It is a most wonderful and interesting topic. I cannot go a day without reading books (I have read many) or articles or CDs.

My question is...." as we reincarnate in coming back many times to this school of learning, what is the most significant reason for the end result of all these lifetimes?? In other words, what will we be doing after all this learning and what is it leading to??

I want to thank you for something that happened to me during you first appearance on the coast to coast program, (not your lastest but a year ago).

During your first appearance, I had the most profound spiritual experience of my life. It was late for me, I was in Denver, listening to your voice, fading in and out. George was doing alot better job of flowing with you at that time than he did during the second interview. (I felt frustration with him in Jan 07) Anyway, you had just finished talking about the future period of time we might encounter where we wouldnt be able to get up from the ground for24 hrs. or something, ALL OF A SUDDEN, I sat up, and for @ 10 seconds (a short time long enough to feel it) I entered THE NEW WORLD!!!

I was there, I cant describe it in words really, but the dead quietness, the Total peace, the feeling in the air, so expansive!, so different than I
have ever felt before, and the feeling "There is nothing else to Do!! IT WAS STUNNING!!!

i FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN TO THE PROMISE LAND! It is something I will never forget. It has carried me through this last year. Ive never been able to get back there, but I feel my higher power has given me an incredible blessing and view of our future. Ive always had a great deal of confidence of what it will be like , but now!!!!! I hope I can use it to help others move into it when the time comes.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart Steven, I recognized your high spiritual energy thru your voice immediately. I was excited to hear you again on c to c a couple of wks. ago, but like I said George's energy was worried and somewhat negative energy as I perceived it, which blocked what you have to offer to some extent. My name is Tammy Guinan. So far I have purchased 8 copies of your wonderful book! It is absolutely wonderful to see in writing so many things that I have always just "felt" or "known". The reason I am writing is four fold. 1. To say thank you for writing this book!!! 2. Is it available in Spanish? I gave a copy to each of my children and my son-in-law really wants to read this book however, although he is bilingual he has not as of yet learned to read in English. If it is not as of yet in Spanish could you please really consider having this book published in Spanish (as well as other languages) soon. I am sure that many people will want to read this book! 3. I am in the middle of opening a shop... from where do I purchase your book wholesale for resale in my store. 4. Just a thought.... due to the fact that growing up I loved parts of the Bible but for the most part I refused to read it because I just "knew" that something wasn't right, there was noooooooo way that God could be so mean! I love your book it confirmed so much and although you said (in not so many words) that you would like to interpret the entire Bible you could not because it would take / make an entire library of books to do such... in this manner... have you ever considered writing a book.... an interpretation ... that is just "A Metaphysical Bible Interpretation" without all of the explanation for those of us who would just like to read from Genesis to Revelations the "True Words of God". A Metaphysical Bible.... would be the best thing that ever happened. I realize that each person is to "find" the true meanings ourselves, however, most of the world has been taught by the literalists and are not fortunate enough to travel and study as you have. That is my biggest dream, it does not seem to be my path though! I have also attempted to "read" the Bible with the understanding that I have learned from you and others on my journey. It is difficult and extremely time consuming. I do understand that we all do need to invest the time to contemplate and figure out the meanings for ourselves... but...... most of us.... some more than others do not have the luxury of being able to not work and to devote time to travel and study. We have to work in order to have the money to travel, purchase books. etc... I personally would not starve if I quit working but then I still would only have enough money from my husbands job to just get by, and then with the way the world does work... chances are.... it would not be a productive choice... and life would get harder not easier. I completely and fully understand the methods... meditating, pushing out the mind chatter, being a watcher.. being in this world and not of it, etc... but it is much easier said than done. I personally have extreme difficulty going to a "job" because I have always "known" that my purpose in this life is to help, guide, and assist others. I have been told that I am a "healer" and I will open a shop and I will draw other "healers" to me. I just haven't come into my full "power" / "potential" yet. This is exactly why I could so appreciate a true Metaphysical Bible... to give me the understanding... a complete understanding... so that I can assist others a bit easier. I have taken courses and I have recently become an ordained Minister of Metaphysics. I am currently working on my masters. However, I feel I have much more to learn before I can formally teach others. I have plans to work long enough to open my "shop" while I continue to learn and then start a Unity Church where I live with a youth center. I have big dreams and I have always "known" and often been told that I have "important work do to" it has just been such a long journey and although I will never give up... I do get worn down and I am just ready... sooooo ready... to have a "break through" and get busy. A Metaphysical Bible could really help many people. Good Luck. Caught your morning show on Coast to Coast - thoroughly enjoyed it. I have been on the path to enlightenment for the last five years as well as my sister. We were raised Catholic (now Christians) & now expanded our faith to believe in the Universe as a whole - we are all one. My sister and I both talked of our awakened conciousness & realize that so many people have such a narrow viewpoint on life. We wonder how we can help people in our lives and society that just don't get it. When we try to explain to them these theories, they think we're freaks. I don't mind that as much as feeling frustrated with this knowledge & not knowing how to direct it. Can you expand on how to be effective in sharing & enlightening people that just don't see the big picture? We believe that with this awakening we've been called to help but don't know how. I don't know that I actually have a question for you right now except how did you get to be so special?! and so right on. I had no idea who you were or what you did. After the first few minutes of your interview last night, I knew I loved you. Your voice is so soothing and your laugh made me laugh. You're funny too which is everything wrapped into one cookie so to speak. I'm sure you hear these comments all of the time and you probably have a wonderful wife and family. Shoot! I can relate to you so well and, after what I have been going through the last few years, you were a great delight in my life. Your honesty seems so sincere and your politeness topped it off. I wish to thank you for being the person who you are. This journey you have chosen attracts the curious and wanabees but only a handful grasp the intensity of your journey. Sitting at the very back of the church I observed your aura moving in and out of different colors as you spoke on each subject matter. It complimented your emotion well. For the record my curiosity had to be filled because no "white man" has ever tweaked my subconscious enough to motivate a trip just for the satisfaction of one handshake and a the look in your eyes "said it all". Please forgive me for spouting off about my background but I felt it necessary on my part at the time . This brief pre-empt is a beginning of a new journey for me and here at my age I was beginning to think of reaching an end. Now it appears as a new horizon. God Bless us all!

I am a huge fan of the radio program Coast to Coast AM (C2C). Of course I work normal business hours as a county social worker. Therefore, I'm not usually awake from Midnight to 4:00 AM. So a few months ago I subscribed to the podcast and can now burn the program every morning and listen to it when and as often as I choose. I currently have well over 120 programs burned to disk. But of the handful that I enjoy and listen to the most often, your 2/14/06 appearance definitely tops the list.

I have a fascination with End Times, but I've always felt that it was misinterpreted. Yes, I believe that at some point in the very near future the world as we know it will cease to function. But I also believe that once humanity has adjusted, it will be a time of immense enlightenment and spiritual awakening known to the world only a 4-6 times in it's multi-billion year history. In religious terms I would have to relate my theory to the 2nd Coming of Christ, the Tribulation and of course the 1000 years of peace described in the Bible.

Not to trivialize the events before us, but I like to compare it to the year that my wife and I spent teaching in a very 3rd world community of Juticalpa, Honduras. Initially it was very difficult to adjust to not having the most basic amenities, having to walk 2-6 miles every Saturday to do our weekly shopping, having to pay special attention to what we ate and drank for fear of the gastrointestinal effects.

But once we adjusted, we were able to enjoy the quiet nights. The awe inspiring sunrises and sunsets. The "no rush" attitude of the locals, and I could go on and on.

My point is that that is how I foresee the End Times. I feel that the major religions have intentionally made the End Times out to be horrific in an effort to instill a fear in people that says "you never know when it's gonna end, so you better be good ALL the time."

I'm no prophet, I don't have ESP, I can't read palms and tea leaves. I see myself as more in the Native American tradition of putting your ear to the ground and listening quietly. It is through this method of not just looking, but watching. Not just hearing, but listening. And not just touching, but feeling that I derive my theory of an amazing world to follow the impending brief chaos.

And when listening to you on C2C I feel that for the first time that there is someone that see's our future in the same "No fear, for there's nothing to fear" mentality.

So it was very refreshing to listen to you (all 10 or so times that I've replayed the interview). I sense from your description of the future that you see it much as I do. So in short, I found your views very refreshing, hopeful and relieving in a world desperately in need of those feelings.

I hope to hear you again very soon. If you're planning a trip to Austin to speak or attend one of our holistic health/metaphysical/new age conventions, I would love to hear you live (and again on C2C).

Oh yeah, where did you study Metaphysics. I'm currently pursuing my MME in Metaphysics through the American Institute of Holistic Theology (AIHT), and after that I will continue toward Ph.D., most likely with AIHT. I had to laugh when you mentioned that people always look at you as if you got your degree from a matchbook, because I get the same attitude. Unless I feel like I have the time to explain Metaphysics, I generally just say that I'm studying Holistic Theology so that people can just leave wondering what that means.

Anyhow, thanks again for a great show. and oh yeah, I should be getting a couple of your books soon. My wife and I are celebrating our 1 year anniversary on 4/2 and I've listed a couple of your books as potential "paper" gifts.

OH, what an honor for me to have been in attendance at your meditations class in Peoria. It was great to see you again, my friend! I always learn so much from you, in such a short time. What an awesome teacher you are! I did get a visual of 'what' was at the 'end' of my focused path (from my meditations at your class). We were made aware of a window decal on a car at a stop light. It was like a stained glass window, with Jesus standing, his arms loosely extended out to his sides. In front of him, at his feet, was a 'pyramid' of rainbow color. It was a powerful awareness for myself, and a 'deza vu' for my son.

Right now I am 'fascinated' with what the guides are 'giving' me for me to be in 'purposeful practice'. My new 'career'. I get that it is something I may have to just learn (re-member) myself. That there is one other who does this, and he may live in India (maybe around Ahmadabad, India (or his name may be Mohammad, or both). What an exciting adventure! I had gotten some of this back in the spring, but I was not sure of the info. Last night it came thru more clearly. If you would help me understand some of this, I would appreciate the guidance. I thank you!

I am to be an 'Inter-dimensional linqual receptor for Divine Knowledge.' Being an open vessel for the universal song to flow thru my heart space and out my hands. To feel loves warmth flow onto the body/client, bathing them in luminous field of love's energy. (my mind's eye saw a 'cocoon like' gel surrounding a body on a massage table-like that gooey flourescent play-doh for kids) THis would allow the fundamental essence (dis-ease, stress) of humanity to dissolve encased in love's cocoon.

I talked to Melissa yesterday and she was so happy that she got to talk to you. I could tell a difference in her voice right away. She said Karen and Sarah were very happy they went too. I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated the reading you gave me when you were in Marion. Out of all of the readings you did, I certainly don't expect you to remember mine, but I was your Friday @ 6:00 - immediately following my sister. I am the one who hides behind my weight, and prefers very much to be alone.

Anyway, in my spare time, I write poetry and draw (not always well). This is the poem I wrote after my reading with you.

HUMAN KNOWLEDGE

Do the roads marked "Abuse"
and "High Self-esteem"
run parallel on the ground?
Do their paths ever intersect,
or end up in the same town?

If abused by just one, you're abused by yourself -
can that way of life ever be changed?
Are you forever to isolate yourself from the world,
and be thought of as "a bit strange"?

You do what you must to put up your walls -
your protection from the outside.
And wondering what really happened to you,
you search the corners of your mind.

Over and over you come up empty -
without answers, you are at a loss.
Somewhere in your darkest time,
you must have thought it was your fault.

So eat up! Add more armor.
Thicken the walls of your defenses.
Whatever it takes to make it easier,
to numb all of your senses.

Then one day, "Knowledge" comes
in soft spoken human form.
"The Universe hears your pleas,
and changes shall be born."

"Accept what happens as you wish -
with a fight, or in calming peace.
Your "padding" will be dropped - not needed.
Your successes will make you free."

I attended your seminar at Soul Esteem Center in St. Louis, MO You probably don't remember but I was the lady who was hard of hearing and left during the first part of your seminar because I couldn't hear what you were saying and was frustrated. I left for about five minutes, but after about five minutes I had this overwhelming desire to return because I wanted to hear what you had to say.

I returned to the first row and I am so grateful that I did because I really needed to hear your message. I was raised Catholic and over the years went from one denomination to another but always felt an emptiness inside and feeling that something was missing. I was very new to Soul Esteem when I heard you.

Your seminar that Sunday changed my life and I felt such a spiritual awakening that I had been searching for.

I had been in therapy for years and when I went infor my next session, my therapist was amazed that I finally "got it." She wanted to know who was this guy Steven Hairfield?

Hello, my name is Amber, I was at west sound unity the night you were. for the past few years I have not believed in God and didn't like church but when I heard what you had to say, my perspective totally changed. Now I want to go to church just to here what poeple have to say about God and at school when poeple talk about not believeing in God, I want to tell them to go to church. I am only 14 years old and maybe I will figure it out but my main problem is that i just dont feel like God is there. I dont want to prey because I dont feel like He is listening. my question is: Is there really a higher power? Also, the other night when you were talking about 6-6-06, you said that there where "christ-like beings" on earth preparing us for this, well, are you a christ like being? Even if you arent, you are a very important person. Just listening to what you had to say that night changed my whole life and I bet alot of other lives too. Thank you very much. Hi. My name is Sarah and I happened upon your website today---wow! I listened to a portion of one of your lectures and want more. Will you be lecturing in the midwest in 2005 and do you conduct phone consults?

I would be honored to get your input on what I can do next. I'm a 32 year old mother of two--busy! I have birth mother abandonment issues, experience nervous tension, hypoglycemia, moderate adrenal fatigue, fear of dying "too soon", etc. I've been taking yoga for 3 years and teaching it for 1. I feel like I'm missing a link--possibly related to my spririt. I've recently developed an interest in Ayurveda and TCM. Most importantly, I'm working on surrendering my ego! I truly believe that once the ego is no longer, healing really begins. I know that my past is a gift and has led me to where I am now--although I seem to be moving through a plateau and I'm longing to experience more peace and joy. I tend to be a ray of sunshine to the people around me, but I'm not basking in it myself.

A few months ago, I attended a presentation you made at the Unity Church in Hilton Head, South Carolina. I thoroughly enjoyed your talk. I found your words to be insightful and thought-provoking.

You mentioned that "Some of us are here on earth as observers." I have never come across that idea in all my readings. Could you tell me where I could find more information on that concept. It resonated with me for several reasons and I would like to explore it further.

I was also struck by your words - "You are never off your path." I would like to read more about that also expecially in relation to Free Will.

Any suggestions you have are greatly appreciated. Again, I enjoyed your presentation and hope you will be back to this area in the future.

I figured out why you kept saying "your world", so never mind on that explanation. I bought both your books and the CD and am enjoying them all. Well, actually-have only started reading "Once Upon A Parable", and I assume the book on "Innocence" will be just as enlightening. The CD I listen to over and over as I need to do that for myself so the concepts will assimilate inside me.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you and that I appreciate the work you do. What you have choosen to do and the mission you have taken on is huge! Not everyone would be able to do it or would want to.....and although you may function most of the time in a different realm then we do......you still are a "being" in a human form and there fore subject to moments of being HUMAN! Like the rest of us.....you have had your lessons and obstacles.....but what and how you handled them is what makes the difference.

I've always respected the journey you have choosen to take in your life....but it especially came into prospective when I read Connie's story of the Native American Indian- I do believe it was a partial past incarnation of hers. Such a beautiful insightful story!!! But seeing it in print and pondering it's message....really hit home for me!!! And I just wanted to say... ' I understand and thank you ......for all that you have done and all that you will do." May your journey always be an uplifting beautiful experinece and may you reach and touch those that need it. After all it's all about healing the planet .....one person at a time (smile). If ever I can be of service to you and it is within my power .....just let me know......fore it would be my pleasure!

My name is Abbey and I met you at Unity Church in the Rockies. (I was the one who gave the announcement and got all teary eyed) I just wanted to thank you for your inspiration. You reminded me of everything I am, and helped me remember that I know the place I am headed (Unity Village) in leaving my home and my family and friends, is perfect. I had wished there was time for me to talk to you more, and tell you who I am, but then I felt also like you already knew. A while back I discovered my purpose in life and all of the ways through which I am carrying out this purpose, and I am working on (and of course playing and dreaming and discovering) on Being Love in everything I do every day in my life, and have had some experiences lately where I have felt that there is much for me to do on this earth. Your words to me were very reassuring, that this was not just a passing thought, but maybe a divine seed being planted in me. I feel I have much to give and many many avenues through which to give it, and I know that my journey to work at Unity Village is only the beginning of many wonderful ways in which I will share all I Am with the world, and help others to see the depth of what they Really Are. Dear Steven:

In 54 years of life on this earth, I've found few people whose advice and counsel I can trust. Thank God I've found you in this past year, for your spiritually-guided insights into my life and the needs of my loved ones have been so on-target that I benefit from them daily. The wisdom you've earned and courageously share is precious to those of us privileged enough to talk with you in person and via phone.

Your intuitive sense of my path is generally so accurate that it astonishes me. I'm also routinely stunned by your candor. You're frank with me in one-on-one talks and, more incredibly, I've heard you honor your Truth in front of live audiences and in radio interviews broadcast to tens of thousands of listeners here in the Midwest.

How rare to find a person sincerely "walking your talk" and honoring the integrity of your intuition.

I urge you to continue summoning the courage to share your wisdom and insights with all of us striving to stay on the Path of Truth. Please "keep on keeping on," however challenging the course may be in a society currently succumbing to the lure of money, celebrity and other Ultimately useless hullabaloo. I sense that your living and speaking on earth at this time is a priority in the Divine Plan. We need your wisdom and your fearless candor!

Hi Steven,

I want to share an insight I had about you - that one of your gifts is to help people release fear. As I listened yesterday to people who had spent time with you, everyone mentioned a shift in consciousness that precipated from a release of some fear. It would seem to me that the shift in consciousness is simply a deeper energy connection with God because the fear was a block. I continue to feel it myself. Some interesting things have happened this week (as well as some challenges) - go figure. Reflecting a lot (as I told you I would).

I want to keep a connection with you. If the umbilical cord gets to tight, you'll let me know.

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much we enjoyed your lessons and Spirit this weekend. I was hoping to be able to chat more with you, but I know you where a Man in demand. This is Gibby, by the way... hahaha. I hope you remember which one of the many faces you saw this week that I am. I was hoping to speak with you about Reiki. Several years ago I completed the second level of classes and was wondering if you taught any of the master level classes? I am an Occupational Therapist and use some of the Reiki techniques in my practice. I would like to know more about other alternative healing techniques and thought you might be a wonderful resource. Cammi and I have discussed trying to come out to your part of the country at some point and look forward to establishing a relationship with you in the future.
